    Description
    a growing Silicon Valley Hedge Fund is looking for a part-time, 100% remote business partner to assist with hiring candidates in Latin America for multiple roles

    What we are looking for

    Eagerness, creativity, and tech skills.
    Can learn CCM smart keywords sourcing strategy using LinkedIn Recruiter to source & screen candidates time-effectively.
    Business orientation is important to be able to understand, explain & promote what CCM is and why it's attractive.
    Strong understanding of the landscape of LatAm Finance industry and Employers of strong tech employees.
    Experience recruiting for remote roles within Latin America is a plus.
    Required Skills

    Communication skills to execute the first round of interviews and select the right candidates to move forward.
    Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Workspace, to test candidate's technical skills.
    Experience as a manager or leader, so they as better at assessing candidate's personality & skills.
    Understand each role's needs (technical & skills), and key behavioral and skills criteria.
    Translate that understanding into search keywords.
    Organize the search by keywords.
    Source & screen candidates time-effectively based on our requirements.
    Find excellent candidates in Latin America, with strong skills that apply to a technologically advanced US investment firm.
    Execute the first round of interviews on behalf of CCM/RR to introduce solid candidates to the hiring manager.
    Assess company senior manager on recruiting strategies (location, salary, etc).
