    HR Records Clerk - Cupertino, United States - eTeam

    Description

    This key role calls for someone who can work autonomously putting structure on files and records for retention processing purposes.

    The role requires experience in handling sensitive HR data and records, awareness of retention and archiving processes and impeccable attention to detail.

    The role is also required to communicate to different members of the People team and provide status updates on their work and progress.



    KEY QUALIFICATIONS
    HR document administration experience
    Unrivaled attention to detail and total commitment to teamwork
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact, discretion, and the desire to efficiently meet the demands of the task
    Understanding of retention logic or ability to learn quickly
    Ability to learn systems
    Excellent administration/support skills
    Experience with day-to-day tracking of various data and data analysis


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    1-3+ year experience with HR data and document management
    Experience with HRIS systems preferred (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc)
    Experience with Mac OS preferred
