    Responsibilities
    This Position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

    Responsibilities

    Design and implement strategies to rationalize the supply base and leverage organization's spend.

    Supplier Management – manage contract, service, and business reviews

    Coordinates and supports all sourcing related activities including review, negotiation, and acquisition of the targeted spend categories.

    Develop sourcing strategies based on analysis of spend data, supply market dynamics, category intelligence, and most importantly business requirements.

    Manages risk mitigation (cost, price and/or supply).

    Ensure improvement to cost, quality and service.

    Share best practices across the organization.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience in indirect sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.

    Understands indirect category buying & management process to identify improvement opportunities.

    Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills.

    Prefer strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Ability to present to senior management.

    Become an influencer, collaborate with other procurement delegates and work across various Business Units.

    Analytical Skills – gather data to identify issues and recommend effective solutions per business requirements.
