- Work closely with sales and product leaders to develop clear and compelling positioning on new products, features, capabilities, and seasonal opportunities..
- Develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies for new products, offerings and enhancements that will support internal adoption and enablement and drive external awareness and conversion.
- Partner with broader Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer teams to gather and analyze market feedback and competitive intelligence to keep the organization aligned with market trends and stay ahead of the competition.
- Be an expert in the company's value proposition, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Empowering go-to-market teams such as sales, support, customer success and account management, and developing GTM strategies including sales enablement, launch and user adoption of their products.
- Streamline internal Product communications.
- Understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, commercial, customer focused communications that answers market & brand challenges.
- Work with the agency sales team to create tailored strategies and collateral to grow their key accounts and generate consistent messaging to drive further client engagement and spending.
- Proactively identify and create opportunities in partnership with marketing & insight, for specific clients/calendar events/verticals across direct and agency patches and create tailored solutions utilizing the company's product suite.
- Develop and train the sales team on new products, play an active role in driving best in class response to briefs, output and presentations.
- BA/BS degree required
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in advertising technology and/or marketing technology; experience including, but not limited to a DSP, SSP, DMP or Exchange is a must. Experience with CTV and audience creation is a major plus.
- Experience building and executing marketing and go-to-market plans and campaigns. Knowledge of how to build a story and produce great sales enablement content.
- Strong technical/product acumen, ability to translate complicated concepts and capabilities in a simple, clear, and concise manner.
- Skilled collaborator, comfortable interfacing across various teams and roles.
- Superb communication skills, verbal and written, naturally curious, asks great questions.
- Deeply skilled at project management and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, willing to work on high level strategy or in the trenches with the team, and is proactive, resourceful, innovative and creative.

One of our clients is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join their team. The ideal candidate will own product commercialization and the corresponding sales enablement efforts for the curated data and media solutions delivered by their sales teams. Reporting into the SVP, Sales NA, you will develop strong, competitive positioning for the company's US product lineup to successfully bring new offerings to market. You'll have tight alignment with their sales organization to understand and translate client needs into product value and will be a key contributor to shaping their company's product and industry knowledge. The Director of Product Marketing collaborates with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Marketing, Product, Research & Insights, Sales, and Operations, to drive commercial success.
