- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for SideRamp's products, enhancing awareness, adoption, and retention.
- Collaborate with product management to define product positioning, messaging, and target audiences.
- Conduct market research to grasp customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, offering actionable insights to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Create and manage go-to-market plans to ensure successful product launches and ongoing promotion.
- Develop and execute campaigns that communicate the value of SideRamp's products to various customer segments, utilizing a mix of digital marketing, content marketing, events, and other channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including product demos, presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives across the organization.
- Mentor and develop junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly within the tech or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messaging and content.
