    Who you are:

    An experienced Marketing Manager , who is ready for a new challenge, excited about food and the NYC dining scene and looking for an opportunity to grow. You've truly got your finger on the pulse, you know who's who and can't wait to work with them: the trendsetters, NYC institutions, and the new classics. You've got an eye and a vision and you're eager to lend it; you can snap a great pic, love a good pun, you know the ins and outs of email marketing and ready to jump in and learn new ways of marketing. You're agile and looking for a position where no day is the same as the day before; you're a details person and can be a little persnickety when it comes to brand guidelines, you thrive when you have a goal you're trying to meet and love to talk results, but you're also not afraid to hop on a moving bus and help drive, even if you have to make up the route as you go along—don't worry, we know the destination You're a real people person, but you know when to sit back and observe and absorb. You're hungry (in more ways than one), you're looking for a team to be a part of but also a great independent worker who can take a little bit of guidance and run with it.

    You will own the execution of the Daily Provisions brand marketing strategy, partnering with the operations leaders at each location and team members across the creative, PR, innovation, finance, and digital teams. Your work will both support short term revenue goals and long-term brand building objectives. You will be responsible for using brand positioning to create local restaurant marketing plans for each location and translating those into integrated campaigns and activations across PR, influencers, partnerships, digital, and other key channels. You will collaborate alongside other key team members to execute and measure campaigns. This role will report to our Senior Director of Marketing Operations.

    What you'll do:

  • Bring us your blend of creative chops – branding, social media, promotions, and partnerships – with digital business building tactics to build loyalists and fans of the brand.
  • Work with the Sr. Director of Marketing Ops, Sr. Manager of Digital and Content Manager to execute the marketing strategy for Daily Provisions, partnering with our operators at each location to deliver against our short-term revenue and long term brand building objectives.
  • Serve as the keeper for cross departmental information for Daily Provisions; you'll be the day to day point of contact between the operating and marketing teams.
  • Learn to love and use our data/tools to identify opportunities to drive brand and revenue growth through alternative channels
  • Help grow, develop, and refine the customer experience on all digital platforms (e.g. online ordering, third party delivery partners, social media, email marketing and SMS)
  • Refine brand communications by collecting customer insights and feedback, and by assessing market and competitive dynamics.
  • Support the Content Manager in creation and management of editorial and content calendars and work with the Sr, Manager of Digital to develop a reporting cadence on performance.
  • Be a swan; work seamlessly with other marketing channel managers (e.g. PR, creative, etc.) to learn best practices across all channels
  • Develop, execute, and measure local restaurant marketing plans for each location. These plans could include unique partnerships, promotions, events, and audience building.
  • Dream up and build creative brand partnerships that are naturally aligned will strengthen brand affinity and drive awareness to new and aspirational audiences.
  • What we need from you:

  • 5+ years of work experience in brand management, preferably in hospitality, liquor/spirits, food/beverage, or luxury. Strong preference for restaurant marketing background. Experience in a high volume, fast paced emerging brand is not a requirement, though a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing/communications or a related field required.
  • Equally left brain/right brain - Ability to interpret analytics, communicate and formulate strategy and experience in owning a P&L or being accountable for business results. A strong attention to detail in both written and visual content. Highly creative with enthusiasm to conceptualize and implement programs that are disruptive while maintain brand positioning.
  • Design skills are a plus, though not required. It is more important that you have an eye for design than the ability to execute on your own. You will work with freelance design support so must be comfortable briefing in creative partners.
  • Have a strong proficiency in email marketing and SMS strategy and tactics with proven results.
  • Strong cross-functional skills and desire to work with people who bring a different set of experiences to the table.
  • Experience operating independently to build comprehensive marketing campaigns, including identifying and building partnerships.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary; experience in developing and implementing new approaches and processes.
