    ** This position is in the Park City area which will require in person meetings multiple days per week.

    ** Must have extensive experience with Apple products and Google Office Suite including calendaring and Docs.

    You are: Indispensable. A cross between Donna Paulsen and Olivia Pope (if you know, you know). You are the reliable and conscientious "right hand" who takes initiative and removes obstacles. From trip planning and execution, to communicating with some of the most recognizable people and institutions in the world, you ensure every little detail is handled flawlessly.

    The Job: As an Executive and Personal Assistant, you will be working directly with both the Founder/CEO and other C level executives of the company. From ensuring complicated travel is seamless to preparing detailed briefings for meetings, this fast-paced exciting environment will keep you sharp and focused. Experience working with high profile individuals is a non-negotiable prerequisite. In addition, you will be doing errands in and around the Salt Lake / Park City areas.

    Responsibilities

    • Ownership of: correspondence, calendaring, travel, expense reporting, meeting coordination, prep and follow-up, and document management
    • Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones with internal teams and external clients
    • Independent intake and appropriate routing of calls and emails
    • Responding quickly to inquiries
    • Process a heavy volume of expense reports, schedule changes, incoming documents, and travel
    • Coordination between other departments, board members, investors

    Required skills and qualifications

    • TEAM PLAYER
    • Always thinking two steps ahead of the principals
    • An expert with international and domestic travel
    • Desire and capacity to work with high-performing executives with exacting standards
    • No less than ten (10) years of experience in an administrative capacity with high visibility C level executives
    • Extremely tech savvy from Google Suite, to any new programs that are sent your way
    • Ability to operate quickly, accurately, and professionally, with superior attention to detail and consistent follow-through
    • High degree of independence and initiative
    • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service to teammates and clients at all times
    • Ability to work effectively in a high-growth environment with a start-up mentality, including demonstrating flexibility, durability, patience, and superior prioritization and time management skills
    • Discretion and tact when handling sensitive, confidential, or non-public information
    • Excellent remote and in-person collaboration, communication and writing skills
