From shipping and receiving to maintaining a safe and functioning warehouse floor, the Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for keeping close tabs on all facets of warehouse operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Initiate and organize morning fulfillments, including running shipping labels, delegating freight prepping duties, organizing Knoll fulfillments and Purolator fulfillments on designated days. Initiates and organizes freight receiving, including verifying shipment contents, delegating unloading duties, and ensuring safe and efficient storage of product. Skills and Qualifications: Ability to read, understand, follow, and communicate complex instructions. Ability to maintain clear digital records. Ability to participate in maintaining a clean & safe environment. Ability to operate an RF scanner. Ability to lift 70 lbs , including regular repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills in all types of interactions: written, verbal, and in person. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective direction to others. Strong skills in providing training and guidance to others. **Education and Experience:** 1 year of Warehouse experience, preferred. Experience with warehouse and/or inventory management software preferred.
