Responsibilities:


  • Support program activities as directed by PMs to include reviewing reports, compiling information, researching requirements, performing program procurement research, procurement and tracking including managing contractor acquired property reports (CAP).
  • Manage program procurement purchases and receipt of site materials from various vendors to include highvolume and critical mission program orders. Assist logistician and program staff with receipt of items; Track against inventory reports, where necessary and alert designated POCs in a timely fashion to key deliveries to ensure no delays in reaching final destination.
  • Assess, manage and purchase program office supplies for use and distribution across multiple sites.
  • Monitor, Track and Submit Expense Reports and reconciliation statements to closure. This includes managing multiple expense reporting systems and associated processes in support of various stakeholders, program teams.
  • Manage security requests for site specific and program needs, coordinate with CSSOs as appropriate. Effectively support program security operations, monitoring and tracking to ensure all government customers, visitors and program subcontractors have appropriate credentials.
  • Effectively support program infrastructure and facilities needs working with program leads to address operational actions
  • Create, manage, update Business continuity management plans. Perform monthly office inspections and manage compliance in corporate tools including INDUSTRYSAFE. Coordinate with vendors to manage facilities or site procurements to support daily business operations.
  • Monitor, alert and coordinate with property managers, support services, designated service vendors/calls to address facilities issues when they arise as needed. Manage issue resolution for rapid response, track and monitor to successful completion. Coordinate closely with corporate real estate facilities directors, managers, where required.
  • Coordinate with corporate facilities team to coordinate need for repairs as well as access and track headcounts of personnel; tracking space availability in support of program operations in both secure and unsecure environments.
  • Manage and execute shipping services for designated office location(s), managing dedicated shipping services and associated vendor coordination with highpriority in support of critical program operations
  • Receive, assess and facilitate appropriate delivery of invoices for corporate finance payment
  • Serve as safety ambassador for location ensuring all AEDs are regularly tested for compliance, all first aid kits are fully stocked, annual training of team on CPR/AED is coordinated, and any safety incidents facility specific are appropriately reported through Parsons' systems.
  • Manage incoming phone calls to ensure they are routed to the appropriate recipient while maintaining daily calendar activities in support of key program and portfolio leadership activities.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, reserving rooms and maintaining conference rooms. Disseminate communications, support leadership by enabling collaborative problem solving across multiple functional teams located at multiple sites within the portfolio.
  • Assist with event planning for site functions such as holiday parties, picnics, social hours, etc. Performs other duties commensurate with functional level and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive operations experience, knowledge sharing, and business best practices.

3+ years of experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Associate's degree from an accredited institution preferred

Must be able to obtain/maintain a US government issued security clearance.

Salary Range:
$96, $168,700.00
