    Role Description

    The Trillion Companies is looking to hire an experienced Ecommerce Manager for our Plano, TX location. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Ecommerce Manager will be in charge of managing our existing ecommerce sales channels and launching on new ones (Amazon, Ebay, BackMarket, Walmart, etc) to sell pre-owned devices. This will involve owning a project plan, creating new processes, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking expenses and profitability. Responsibilities will also include planning and executing ecommerce digital marketing campaigns, monitoring website traffic and performance metrics, managing online inventory, optimizing conversion rate, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to grow the ecommerce business.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing and management
    • Experience in managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Ebay, etc) and 3rd party ecommerce management platforms (sellercloud, channel advisor, etc.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office tools
    • Expertise in digital marketing channels, such as Google AdWords, social media, email marketing, and SEO
    • Knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively
    • Experience in the second hand electronics retail, marketplace CPO/renewed programs is a plus
