    Senior eCommerce Marketing Manager

    in our Healthcare Business Solutions department

    If located in the Dallas metroplex, this position will work in a hybrid setting (in office approximately 1-2 days a week and as needed).


    If not located in the Dallas-metroplex, this position will work from home with expectation to travel to Dallas as needed.

    Responsibilities


    This individual will be responsible for strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Healthcare Business Solutions (HBS) eCommerce experience with specific focus on meeting customer needs and ongoing, data-driven improvements.

    s mission. Also responsible for collaborating across departments to drive strategy, product roadmaps, and a user-friendly experience.
    Day-to-day operations of the ecommerce experience, including coordinating product launches, product merchandising, content updates, pricing and promotions, customer communications, and marketing
    Improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention by demonstrating available analytics and SEO standard processes to develop content and manage PPC campaigns in partnership with HBS marketing teams

    Work closely with customer service, marketing, sales, UX, and content teams to understand user profiles and customer journeys across HBS properties and proactively identify customer needs.

    Coordinate with various teams to complete content and site improvements, improving user experience to meet those needs
    Participate as ecommerce SME on cross-functional ecommerce team, ensuring effective methods for maintenance, improvements, and business needs and always advocating on behalf of the customer to meet business goals
    Act as ecommerce SME on marketing, product and digital project teams
    Lead ecommerce reporting, including campaign performance, product performance, and user behavior. Leverage available analytics and tools to understand user trends and growth opportunities and make content improvements and product recommendations based on these insights
    Work with the Product Marketing teams to support brand and product marketing efforts, and incorporate ecommerce sales, profit and customer experience metrics to measure campaign performance

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    At least five years of relevant experience
    Experience running CMS and eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Sitecore preferred) including pricing, promotions, and product management for both physical and digital products
    Experience with digital marketing strategies, campaign planning and implementation, KPIs, and reporting across channels and tactics
    Experience creating and optimizing digital content. Shown success optimizing content for increased engagement and conversions with conversion funnels, SEO standard processes, personalization principles, and testing methodologies
    Experience working on cross-functional project teams with market research, design, development, and business partners. Translate business needs to technical requirements
    Hands-on experience with web design and development processes
    Familiarity with market research, web reporting, data analytics, including practical knowledge of data-driven KPIs and report development. Must have skilled to expert familiarity with Google Analytics
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to connect with all organizational levels
    Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of collaborative project teams
    Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail
    Ability to travel up to 20% local and overnight stay

    Preferred Skills:

    Work-Life Harmonization –
