    Description

    Position Description:


    Knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce business processes and best practices, in order to inform decision-making processes such as analyzing financial data, forecasting sales trends, developing budgets, monitoring financial performance, providing insights to optimize profitability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies aligned with business goals.

    Additionally, the role will involve creating financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and supporting decision-making processes within the eCommerce org.
    a. Trade-in recovery forecasting (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
    b. Monthly reconciliation of plan vs. actuals for TI contra
    c. customer care revenue accounting
    d. Other contra revenue forecasting


    Background and Requirements:

    Background & Competencies Required:
    Strong knowledge of forecast modeling and basic p&l management.
    Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred but not required.
    Ability to navigate the organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities
    Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
    Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.

    • 5 years of equivalent work experience required.
    College degree required.
    Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Tableau preferred.
