    In this role, you will be at the forefront of executing and elevating Illumio's marketing strategies across the LATAM region, focusing on lead generation, market awareness, and driving revenue through direct and partner channels.

    Everyday, you will collaborate closely with sales, channel teams, and partners to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives that resonate with the Cyber Security market in LATAM.

    To thrive in this role, you must possess a strategic mindset, be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, and have a deep understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in security and SaaS, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets through effective regional marketing execution.

    The Field and Channel Marketing team creates and develops Illumio's global brand, helps drive revenue, and enables the Sales team's future success.     Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on lead generation and market awareness to help build our sales pipeline. This person will take responsibility for the execution and success of our marketing programs (direct and through partner) in our LATAM region.

    As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be communicating and collaborating with the Latin America (LATAM) sales and channel teams and partners while executing marketing programs and campaigns. In this role, you will need an understanding of the LATAM Cyber Security market (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina) and have deep understanding of both direct and partner marketing. This role is a high impact, visible role that will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns in region to assist in generating opportunities and creating pipeline.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the prescriptive regional marketing plan and strategy: Create brand awareness and aggressively contribute to pipeline and revenue

  • Develop and implement the partner marketing strategy for the region.

  • Execute measurable integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive demand across the buyer's journey

  • Own metrics for success in your region: Track, measure, follow-up of every program

  • Create impactful account-based marketing campaigns

  • Working with channel marketing and the channel account managers, co-develop marketing plans and activities with key regional partners to deliver pipeline

  • Collaborate with the ADR and SDR teams and leadership to create programs that contribute to "meetings booked" success.

  • Work cross functionally with internal teams including demand generation, marketing, product marketing, partner marketing, inside sales, finance, etc.

  • Conduct Campaign analysis and reporting on marketing KPIs across the buyers' journey, and make data-centric recommendations to increase pipeline and revenue

  • Develop and manage your regional budget

    Experience:
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience; security and SaaS experience preferred

  • Proven track record of overseeing Regional Marketing including developing supporting visions, plans and strategy

  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

  • In-depth background with executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and through partner sales

  • Experienced at supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets

  • Excellent communicator and team player

    Pay Range:

    $ 124,000.00USD - $ 149,000.00 USD

    The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
