    As Lead Financial Analyst, you will manage a dedicated team of analysts, translating data into insightful recommendations for Uline's growing business.

    Help support our success and continued growth as North America's top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials

    Position Responsibilities

    Guide a team of analysts, promoting a positive work environment through a problem-solving attitude to achieve results.
    Review the team's reports and analyses to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
    Present findings and opportunities effectively to Finance management.
    Work closely with department management to identify needs and develop improvements to reporting metrics and analysis.
    Support coaching and mentoring initiatives to promote department learning and development.

    Minimum Requirements

    Bachelor's degree.
    2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
    Strong multi-tasking and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
    SQL and Excel experience.
