- Solve critical business issues by developing, customizing, and advancing the Academy's Salesforce platform.
- Ensure a comprehensive ecosystem of services and tools that build, run, manage, and optimize the vast array of the Academy's enterprise software applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and provide training of new features.
- Analyze the performance of applications and upgrade as necessary in order to develop a richer user interface and better interaction of pages.
- Build custom forms, reports, dashboards, and business workflows.
- Maintain database integrity and accuracy through data management.
- Manage integration points for transactional data migration and bulk extracts. Perform data analysis and verification. Support the communication and marketing initiatives of Academy's marketing team by building interactive email campaigns. Provide day-to-day technical support for end users.
- Master's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field plus two (2) years of software engineering, salesforce software development, or related experience: working in all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC); designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining software applications; providing user requirements analysis, design, and programming in support of enhancement of applications; facilitating and customizing systems; adopting emerging standards for software application development architecture; integrating and deploying developed software; executing queries for application data validation; installing, integrating, and customizing software applications and packages; and creating test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and regression suites.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience utilizing the following technologies: Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL), Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), Salesforce Sales Cloud, SQL, MySQL, Apex, JavaScript, and Power BI.
