About AAXIS:


We're AAXIS, a Salesforce Partner and Systems Integrator specializing in Salesforce Commerce (B2B, D2C & Order Management) and composable commerce solutions (search, PIM, CPQ, CMS).


The Role:


The Functional Lead plays a critical role in our delivery model, working closely with clients to design, implement, and launch successful Salesforce Commerce solutions.

You'll be a hands-on team player with deep Salesforce expertise, leading projects from start to finish and driving client satisfaction.


Who You Are:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Lead, Business Consultant, or similar, delivering digital solutions (ideally on Salesforce or similar platforms).
  • Proven track record in waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce (B2B, D2C & Order Management).
  • Experience with Salesforce: Sales Cloud (and/or Industry Clouds), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (familiarity with additional clouds a plus).
  • Excellent problemsolving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (additional certifications a plus).

What You'll Do:


  • Partner with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead workshops and translate client needs into actionable solutions.
  • Design and present clientfocused solutions.
  • Manage project lifecycles and ensure successful delivery.
  • Build strong client relationships and address their concerns.
