    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sr. IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple interconnected IT projects and programs that drive strategic value for our organization. This critical role will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT initiatives. This is a highly visible and critical role within our IT organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional program management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex IT programs that drive business value and align with our company's strategic objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Formulate, organize, and monitor IT programs comprising multiple related projects aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and strategies to ensure successful program execution.
    • Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Coordinate and oversee cross-project activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between project teams within the IT programs.
    • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of project managers and staff involved in the IT programs.
    • Apply effective change, risk, and resource management practices to IT programs.
    • Assume responsibility for program stakeholder management, including people, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Monitor and report on program performance against defined metrics and KPIs.
    • Resolve higher-level scope issues and escalations across projects within the IT programs.
    • Prepare and communicate program status reports to directors, executives, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams and managers within IT programs.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes the company's culture and values.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT programs.
    • Extensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
    • Deep understanding of IT systems, processes, and technologies relevant to the organization.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence).
    • Certification in program management (e.g., PgMP, PMP) is highly desirable.
