    Must have overall IT experience of 15+ yrs. and at least 7+ yrs. experience in Account managementMust have at least 7+ yrs. recent experience Account Management / IT SalesProven experience in the delivery of solutions that are client-focused and based on the needs of customerCommunicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressedBuilding strong client relationships to grow business and acquire new customersIdentify opportunities for sales improvement, Secure sales orders and engage in sales forecastCollaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requestsResolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client's desiresActing as the client's representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experienceCollecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsSatisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needsExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to communicate product ideas to clientsUp-to-date understanding of latest IT trends and Digital transformationsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clientsExceptional analytical skills for analyzing client dataTime management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at onceAdvanced motivational and negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
