The primary focus of this role involves immersing yourself in our established processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Leading a small team to carry out these tasks will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
As you become proficient in training and guiding your team members, you will gradually transition into the pivotal role of Agency Director by honing the necessary skills using our specialized systems and processes. The weekly remuneration for this role ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 on average in the first year.
