    Description
    JONATHAN BROOKS is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing in passion and purpose. With a strong legacy of 120 years in the industry, we are looking for someone to take on the role of nurturing our existing 2,000 business clients and expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a small team through these processes, paving your way to a pivotal position as an Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and serve our current client base effectively
    • Identify new business prospects within the B2B sector
    • Supervise team activities and track results
    • Provide training and guidance to new team members on established procedures
    • Regularly report on field activities through our Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Adept at task prioritization and delegation
    • Comfortable working efficiently in fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environments
    • Dedication to assisting others and building strong relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active engagement in the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
