    Description

    JOB OPPORTUNITY:

    Jonathan Brooks is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and make a difference. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are pioneers in what we do.

    Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and develop team members on our systems
    • Provide daily reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruitment, training, and leadership development daily

    Required Skills / Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills and meeting deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed
    • Work well in fast-paced environments
    • Passionate about assisting others and building relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Proficiency in CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
    • Must undergo a 45-day evaluation period
