    JONATHAN BROOKS is in search of a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a genuine drive and purpose. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are setting the standards high and are now on the lookout for a new addition. This role will involve familiarizing yourself with our client-serving procedures, catering to our existing 2,000 business clients, cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads, and overseeing a small team to carry out these duties effectively.

    As you excel in mastering the required skills and processes, you'll progress into the role of Agency Director - a position that comes with weekly pay ranging between $70,000 and $85,000 on average for the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service the existing client base.
    • Explore new business prospects (B2B).
    • Supervise and track team activities and outcomes.
    • Provide training and mentorship to new team members on current systems.
    • Submit daily reports on field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Concentrate daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.
