- Website Strategy and Vision: Develop and maintain a clear vision and roadmap for the NeverBounce and Datanyze websites, identifying growth opportunities and setting short-term and long-term goals.
- Market and User Research: Conduct ongoing market research and user feedback sessions to understand the needs of our users, identify pain points, and spot opportunities for new features or enhancements.
- Website Development and Management: Oversee the end-to-end development process for new features and enhancements, from ideation through to launch and beyond, ensuring alignment with the overall digital strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure initiatives are well communicated, aligned across departments, and effectively marketed and supported.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of NeverBounce and Datanyze, utilizing data to inform decisions and measure against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- User Experience and Usability: Champion the user experience, ensuring that both NeverBounce and Datanyze offer intuitive, efficient, and engaging experiences for all users.
- Competitive Analysis: Keep a close eye on market trends and the competitive landscape, using insights gained to inform digital strategy and positioning.
- Manage Marketing Calendar: Create and maintain a marketing calendar with monthly sales and relevant campaigns to drive eCommerce revenue.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital website management and/or growth marketing, with a proven track record of growing and managing digital properties or services.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and digital enhancements. Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, and Amplitude is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with back-end and front-end development processes, and experience working closely with engineering teams. Knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is preferred.
- User-Centric Design: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methods, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate website vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL and expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript, Node, or React, enabling closer collaboration with development teams and a deeper understanding of technical challenges and opportunities.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the skill to develop and execute high-impact digital strategies and plans.
- Market Sensitivity: Keen sensitivity to market trends and user demands, with the ability to anticipate shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, and proficiency in managing websites through various stages of the lifecycle, from migrations to replatforming.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the growth and management of two of our key website properties, NeverBounce and Datanyze. In this role, you will act as a pivotal link between our technical capabilities and our market opportunities, ensuring that both platforms not only meet the current needs of our users but are also well-positioned for future growth.
