    COMPANY:

    · The largest well known facilities service company in the DC market

    POSITION:

    · Business Development Manager

    TERRITORY:

    · DC, Maryland, Northern VA

    COMPENSATION:

    · Total target compensation package is $120K

    · Base Salary is $65K-$75K

    BENEFITS:

    · Excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K, Car Stipend

    REQUIREMENTS:

    · 2+ years of outside Business to Business experience

    ***Facility Services a plus

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify partnership opportunities
    • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
    • Think critically when planning to assure project success

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years' Outside Business to Business Sales Experience
    • Proven record of documented success
    • Focused and goal-oriented
