    Description

    Excellent with Invoices and Payments? Our Bioscience client is seeking a detailed oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialistto ensure accurate payment and billing processing are maintained within their Finance Department. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with ERP software and loves to work with a Team. Please inquire within.

    Accounts Payable Specialist - Senior
    Salary: $75-85k+
    Onsite : near Windsor, NJ (in office)

    Responsibilities:

    • Multi-entity AP Processing
    • Invoicing and Vendor Payments
    • ACH Wires and Check payments
    • AP Age Reports
    • Applying Unpaid AP transactions
    • Reconciling Vendor statements to General Ledger
    • Ad hoc Reporting and Spreadsheets for Management
    Skills Needed:
    • Bachelor's Degree or Proven Experience in AP
    • ERP and Excel experience, required
    • At least 3-5 yrs experience with AP and Accounting practices
