Integra operates 14 manufacturing sites primarily located in North America, Europe and China. Additionally, we have a broad third-party supplier network.

The Vice President of Finance of Operations & Quality is a business partner to the VP of Operations and VP of Quality and oversees the financial performance of both the internal and external manufacturing network, procurement organization, supply chain function and Quality Assurance organization.

They are responsible for overseeing the financial operations, developing and implementing financial procedures, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and providing guidance to Operations leadership team.

They also ensure the compliance and accuracy of financial data, and monitor and improve the financial controls and efficiency of the manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities include oversight of local plant controllers and finance business support teams in execution of the following activities:


  • Manage all financial control and accounting activities of the manufacturing network including cost accounting, payables, receivables and payroll.
  • Ensure the financial control processes and systems comply with company policies, applicable regulations and provide required information.
  • Monitor plant operation results against operating plans and direct the preparation of financial, production output and other reports used to measure and control plant activities and costs.
  • Lead the plant financial and capital budgeting process
  • Implement programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Coordinate and consolidate Global Financial results
  • Manage Inventory and CAPEX spend
  • Prepare weekly/monthly production flash reports, including variance analysis to annual budget and reforecasts for Management
  • Key player and influencer as part of Finance LT as well as Operations & Quality LT
  • Manage a team of direct and indirect finance operations professionals of 1520.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degrees, such as a master's in business administration (MBA) or a master's in accounting (MAcc), preferred.
years of experience in finance, accounting, business management or related field.

  • Prior experience in managing the financials for business divisions/units and performing cost accounting activities for manufacturing sites/supply chain function, for a multisite and global manufacturing and supply chain operation.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage across functional groups, communicate effectively, and drive change.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities, and recommending improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders.
  • Established experience in influencing and building relationships with senior executive leaders in a global matrixed organization.

This position is based in Princeton, NJ and requires approximately 30% travel.

When not traveling, office protocols require in-office presence Tuesdays through Thursdays with a minimum of 3 days a week at the Princeton location.
