    Marketing Manager
    • Operational Talent Solutions at Randstad US in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description The Marketing Manager will own the local execution of marketing plans by providing solutions aligned to target audience segments.
    This role will collaborate with market leaders to drive team participation in branding events, initiatives and campaigns.

    Key responsibilities include activating national marketing campaigns at a local level as well as developing and executing marketing activities specific to the needs of the assigned market(s), including communications, social media marketing, public relations and events, community outreach, and sales support.

    This position requires detailed knowledge of all key social media platforms including Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.

    Additionally, knowledge of Canva, Google Ratings/Business Profile, Nextdoor, Hootsuite, Post Beyond, Yext and is a plus. This position requires independent judgment and discretion, advanced communication and influencing skills, resiliency and a competitive desire to win.


    What you get to do:
    + Works with specific markets to develop market based client and talent marketing plans to support overall local client and talent attraction + Ensures localization of national campaigns to account for local customers, language, and affinity + Create and execute an effective diversified plan for community outreach through local association partnerships, local advertising, local job fairs and grassroots marketing.


    • Acts as local market brand champion and conduit between central marketing and field employees Uncovers new PR and event opportunities and collaborates with central marketing to execute Partners with local leadership to drive business results and holds local team accountable for execution of plans Collaborates with others to improve entire talent journey/experience, talent retention, redeployment and referrals Leverage Canva to to localize national content and create market specific content Monitors and responds to social posts and reviews for the market per corporate social policy and guidance Determine local market promotional materials needs, place orders and manage inventory with allocated budget Ensures adherence to brand standards and audits local social, Google My Business, landing page content, and localized collateral Measures effectiveness of local marketing activities and expense Participate in recruitment and marketing roundtable and initiatives to drive innovation and creativity Be aware of local competitors, their service offerings and differentiators and share finding with Marketing and Executive OTS leadership Execute the Randstad operation model as a best practice and contributes to the overall productivity of Operational Talent Solutions What you need to bring:
