    Rhino Shield of Indiana is the Exclusive Dealer of Rhino Shield Exterior Coatings for Commercial and Residential Exterior Walls and Roofs in the state. Rhino Shield is the nation's leading exterior elastomeric paint coating, outstanding at bonding, sealing and protecting your exterior. It includes a 25 Year Warranty and is available in any paint color.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Rhino Shield of Indiana. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies and goals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research and analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN and includes the flexibility to work remotely.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Knowledge of the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
