"We love interior design, from the initial planning to the final installation. A crucial part of this process is the reliable management of projects. This includes creating quotes, ordering items, and coordinating deliveries. You will lead the team responsible for the commercial management of our projects. Your job is to always stay on top of things and ensure that our customers' projects reach their destination safely.

Your responsibilities:

You develop, motivate, support, and lead the sales team
You keep track of complex projects and successfully complete them with your team
You give the finishing touches to our quote calculations while keeping an eye on the profitability of the projects
You and your team are responsible for accurate invoicing
You ensure smooth communication between your team and our customers, and support your team in daily operations
You monitor and optimize internal processes and work closely with our planning and installation departments

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (or equivalent)
You have several years of professional experience, ideally in sales
Knowledge of the industry is helpful, but there's always a first time for everything
Organizational talent and a structured way of working are among your key strengths
You have a strong understanding of commercial processes and attention to detail is in your DNA
A passion for interior design and beautiful things makes your job easier with us
