    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

    The BCBA will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting behavioral assessments, and providing ongoing supervision and training to our team of behavior technicians.

    This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.



    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Implement evidencebased interventions to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
    • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members.
    • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
    • Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
    • Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.


    Qualifications:

    • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.
    • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and behavior management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and promoting the wellbeing of clients.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
