    Sales Manager, Enterprise
    • Will manage a team across, (Hartford County) CT, RI & MA.
    Candidates need to reside in or be located near those states, for travel with team, as needed.

    We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking Sales Manager to lead our diverse team of solutions-oriented sales executives. We tackle our clients' most pressing business challenges through a combination of innovative software, hardware, SAAS, and professional services.

    What You'll Do:

    Strategic Leadership:
    Guide and inspire a team of consultative sales executives, towards achieving and exceeding our strategic goals by motivating, setting a vision, leading by example

    Coaching Skills:
    Coach and develop team members, improving their skills and boosting their performance over time

    Analytical Skills:
    Analyze data and sales metrics to forecast sales, set budgets, and form strategies understanding customer needs and behaviors to better tailor sales tactics

    Diversity in Action:
    Implement inclusive sales strategies that reflect our commitment to diversity, addressing varied client needs effectively and thoughtfully

    Impact Selling:
    Utilize advanced 'business impact' selling techniques to deliver significant outcomes for both our clients and our organization

    What You Bring:
    Minimum of 5 years in managing an external sales team, preferably in technology or related industries.
    Demonstrated success in a sales leadership role, showcasing a strategy that incorporates inclusiveness. Accessible and approachable, fostering a culture of openness and inclusivity.
    Experienced in diagnostic selling and familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
    A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
    Strong capabilities in recruiting, retention, and development of a high-performing sales team.

    Excellent communication skills are essential, not only to sell products and ideas but also to clearly convey goals and expectations to the team.

    Must be adept at both verbal and written communication.

    $110,000.00and annual commission target of:
    $136,000.00Quadient, Inc. has target base salary and target incentive compensation for our sales roles, that are based on function, level, and scope. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final base and incentive offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the targets listed.
