    You will be the buck-stops-here leader for all matters related to our relationship with Microsoft, including but not limited to, architecting the partnership strategy, technical integration, marketing campaigns, sales plays, enablement, pipeline generation and management, agreements, and business outcomes.

    You will work closely with Cohere's partner solution architects and partner marketing teams as well as our Legal, Finance, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver on our joint goals with Microsoft.

    To qualify for this role, you MUST have a deep understanding of how Microsoft Azure manages its partnerships and a proven track record of scaling ISV partnerships with Azure.

    • Identify key growth areas, market opportunities, and coinnovation initiatives. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Azure organizational structure, decision drivers and influencers, partnership frameworks, programs, and collaboration models. Bring prior experience in scaling partnerships, specifically with Azure. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of joint projects.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on the success and impact of the alliance. Use datadriven insights to refine strategies and optimize outcomes.
    • Build relationships and collaborate extensively with all relevant stakeholders at Cohere, Microsoft, other partners in the ecosystem.
