    This is a great opportunity for a strong sales leader looking to take the next step in their professional career or for an experienced Sales Manager looking to join a reputable mission and purpose-driven organization where you can make a contribution.

    As a Sales Manager, you will:


    Be A Guide for families and older adults Youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.

    Be A Team player Youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.

    Be A Partner Youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

    3-week on-boarding & orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdales unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area.

    Opportunity to apply for tuition reimbursement to support your professional sales and leadership skills development

    Qualifications & Skills
    Wed love to talk if you have the following:

    Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
    Valid drivers license
    Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
    Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
