    Sales and Servicing Manager

    Annual Salary - $65,000.00 to $75,000.00

    We are looking for a Sales and ServicingManager to leverage customer service skills, business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal relationship skills to assist and meet the needs of our customers.

    The Sales & Servicing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all lending and servicing activities of the Branch Operations Support Centre. This leader plays a key role in the organization ensuring responsible growth in lending, servicing, and support of operational needs of the branch network. The manager ensures efficient, compliant, and customer-centric delivery of financial services, driving the organizations growth and overall success.

    Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

    • Develops and assures Branch Operations Centre growth, profitability goals and objectives are met
    • Manage all loans including underwriting and approvals of consumer and indirect loans within delegated authority for lending limits
    • Manage and maintains branch operations support Centre delinquency control and personally engages with delinquent accounts as appropriate
    • Maintain Branch Operations Centre budget
    • Assist in personnel management including hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administration
    • Ensures that communication is disseminated in a timely and efficient manner to all employees within Branch Operations Support Centre
    • Ensures Quality Control reviews are completed timely, and results delivered to field management
    • Daily reviews for loan quality
    • Conducts Loan approval over employee limit
    • Ensures loans are properly originated and serviced
    • Ensures that each employee has the necessary elements to effectively lend & collect

    Education, Qualifications and Experience

    Essential

    • Undergraduate degree in business or relative experience
    • Minimum five (5) years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff personnel in a branch or centralized location.
    • Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
    • Ability to travel extensively
    • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
    • Advances interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and differing social and business settings.
    • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgement.
    • Action and result focused
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile

    Desirable

    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Advanced educational degree or training
    • Ability to understand how this function aligns with business priorities, culture change, organization design, strategic planning, and communication planning.
