As a team leader in our automotive service department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the department, from customer intake to invoicing and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your leadership skills will be crucial as you guide and motivate your team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance.

You will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase workshop capacity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting manufacturer standards.


Your qualifications should include a technical or business education, as well as several years of experience in a leadership role in an automotive service setting.

You should also have experience in team management and employee development.

Your leadership style should inspire and motivate your team, with a focus on employee and customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and proficiency in workshop IT systems are also essential for this role.
