    Description

    As the US Offshore NC Coordinator in Project Quality, you are expected to ensure quality control of Data, processing of this data into the NCR Quality program for NCR / Deviation handling and secure the system runs according to the process and follows the requirements, so correct workflow is executed. You are responsible for ensuring that we provided the project with the proper support and guidance, so the project successfully follow up on project quality demands and requirements, to secure that project report all quality topics with high data quality and information.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Responsible processing NCR report received from Offshore projects.
    • Ensuring Projects data quality in NC reporting fulfill the requirements.
    • Ensuring that Action and Workflow follow the process.
    • Ensuring we evaluate containment action for each NCR.
    • Ensuring we evaluate Long-term action (ECR/ECN) for each NCR
    • Support and guidance to the system understanding & usage.
    • Support the implementation of Quality topic, new processes and Systems where appropriate and needed.
    • Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business, ensuring that problems are prevented and that issues raised by the projects are resolved effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • More than 5 years' experience with below information
    • Quality Inspector Expert & Quality Engineering, from within an organization with cross function interaction and working with multiple stakeholders.
    • Risk analysis and mitigation
    • Delivering reductions in non-conformance costs associated with both engineering products and processes
    • Delivering structured improvement projects using quality management tools: Lean, Six Sigma, 8D
    • Delivering working within a structured project management environment (APQP)
    • Managing / coaching teams to learn and use quality management improvement tools
