    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead the creation and implementation of a state-of-the-art sales/sourcing university. This role is ideal for a visionary professional who is skilled in assessing training needs, selecting and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and developing impactful training programs that accelerate productivity and effectiveness of new hires and existing staff. Strong content creation skills are a must as well as how to leverage machine learning and AI to enhance the new hire learning experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • LMS Selection and Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement the most suitable LMS for our organizational needs, ensuring it aligns with our specific training goals and user experience requirements.
    • Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs that are informed by an assessment of current sales and sourcing practices, designed to optimize ramp time and enhance productivity.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders across various business units to gather insights and incorporate feedback into the development of the L&D programs.
    • Training Oversight: Manage the overall training lifecycle, including content creation, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of training initiatives.
    • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
    • Team Leadership: Scales to potentially running a global team promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Proven experience in Learning and Development, specifically in managing LMS, developing training content, and overseeing training programs.
    • Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or related industry is highly preferred.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in a relevant field.
    • Certifications in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology.
    • Prior experience in a managerial role within Learning and Development.
