    Are you good at organizing things and helping others? Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service? If so, you would love to be a full-time Job Coordinator at Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning in Normal, IL

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience doing office/computer work
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

    Preferred:

    • 5+ years of customer service/office work
    • Great attention to detail
    • Prior work for an HVAC company

    You can expect a stable schedule during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

    As a key player on our team, you'll be running the show by handling important tasks such as billing for new construction and replacement projects, assigning jobs effectively, taking care of warranty registrations, and making sure permits are filed on time. Your strong teamwork with our sales squad and project managers will be vital for keeping things running smoothly and providing top-notch service to our clients.
