    Significance is seeking a Business Development Analyst to support company growth in a competitive federal consulting market. The successful BD Analyst will thrive in an environment where there are new and different challenges every day. This role is an integral member of the growth organization supporting the business development, capture, and proposal functions.

    Duties include responsibility for corporate metrics and reporting, pipeline hygiene, and maintaining the sales funnel in the Salesforce-based customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

    Additionally, the BD Analyst will use corporate tools to provide market research on federal government agencies in general and specific opportunities in the pipeline.

    Once an opportunity is in the proposal phase, the BD Analyst will work with the proposal manager to coordinate reviews and collaboration between BD, Capture and Proposal and well as provide resume formatting and editing as needed.

    This will be a hybrid position that is primarily remote but requiring weekly visits to the Alexandria office to support CMMC compliance activities.

    Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience coordinating sales and/or proposal efforts for Department of Defense and other Federal Agencies.

    Experience scheduling and conducting color reviews, conducting and responding to data calls, and developing key personnel resumes, developing content, technical writing, editing and final production.

    Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM providing data hygiene and reportingAdvanced Microsoft Suite skills Excellent organization, oral and written communication skills, Must be a US CitizenDesired SkillsGraphics capability a plusSignificance, Inc.
