- Should be able to analyze business requirements around Salesforce sales cloud and be able to recommend better business and systems processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications.
- Prepare & conduct end user demos for roll out.
- Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
- Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Marketo is required.
- Experience with WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals.
- Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred.
- Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes.
- Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions.
- Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience working on the Salesforce platform in general

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Salesforce Business analyst will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and be primarily responsible for working on the Lead, Account, and Opportunity process on SFDC and third-party integrations. This role will require extensive hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud business analyst experience. This resource must have excellent functional and Business analyst skills to deliver a seamless client interaction while effectively working with cross-functional teams. Collaboration with the Business teams and Development teams to analyze business requirements and transform them into a requirement specification document. Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.
