Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients by name, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Assure nervous patients and commend them for seeking dental care.
Educate patients on the clinical benefits of dental treatment and provide information on insurance benefits and out-of-pocket costs.
Collaborate with third-party financing companies to offer a range of financial options.
Assist patients in completing financing applications and educate them on soft and hard credit checks.
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to help patients afford their dental care.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed by the patient and accurately documented.
Handoff paperwork and documentation to the front desk for processing and uploading to the patient's chart.
Leave comprehensive clinical notes with information on discussed treatment, financial costs, and prior approvals needed for efficient and effective patient care.
