Our growing Family Practice is looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to help our team in case presentation and acceptance.

• Maintaining manageable and productive schedules
• Meeting collection and production goals
• Ensuring a high conversion rate and proper follow through on all case presentations
• Recording, reporting, and tracking case presentation result. Following up on pending treatment plans
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for treatment
• Educate patients on treatment options, financial obligations, and insurance benefits
• Assist with billing and collections, including processing payments and submitting insurance claims
• Knowledge of PPO insurances

• Minimum 12 years of dental front office experience

• Private practice

• No weekends
