Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of clinic resources.
Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and associated costs, assisting them in making informed decisions about their dental care.
Collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to coordinate treatment plans and ensure seamless patient care.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records, processing payments, and verifying insurance coverage.
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction with treatment outcomes and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in computer systems and dental software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A positive attitude, a passion for helping others, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
