Description
EdPlus at ASU is a dynamic unit of Arizona State University focused on the design and scalable delivery of digital teaching and learning models to increase student success and reduce barriers to achievement in higher education.
We are in search of a Marketing Services Manager to spearhead marketing initiatives in collaboration with our academic unit partners, specifically focusing on creating awareness for our ASU Online programs and contributing to enrollment growth.
The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record of leading campaigns in dynamic environments, excelling in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and demonstrating expertise in market research and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities for this role encompass comprehensive project management, the development of quarterly and annual marketing strategies, and alignment of priorities with overarching growth objectives.
Serving as the primary contact for marketing with assigned academic constituents, the Marketing Services Manager will play a pivotal role in providing essential marketing support for our ASU Online programs.
Essential DutiesProvides exceptional relationship management by creating synergies with internal teams, academic units, and external partners which empower EdPlus to exceed goals.
Creates and presents data, information and recommendations to optimize growth to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner both verbally and visually.
Analyzes a variety of data sources to formulate and share marketing insight and strategies to enable internal & external teams to deliver results that exceed goals.
Works on the planning, implementation, development and or servicing of new marketing ideas for academic units & internal teams.Provides coordination, insights and strategic development of market research and positioning.
Identifies viability for new programs based on market research and opportunities.
Execute functional onboarding and new program launch responsibilities as related to marketing and manage all partnership opportunities to ensure new assets and tactics are developed within planned timelines internally and externally.
Manages, reports and analyzes programmatic and vertical marketing growth enabling ROI positive outcomes.Creates buy in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross-functional environment.
Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND five (5) years of related administrative experience, which includes three (3) years of supervisory experience; OR, Nine (9) years of related administrative experience, which includes three (3) years of supervisory experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Desired QualificationsEvidence of a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, business or related field.
Experience in marketing, preferably in account management or services, preferably an agency setting or higher education. (5 years)
Experience analyzing and developing marketing content, communications, and visual strategies that support the brand.
Experience in project management and project management software programs
Experience working with and supporting internal/external marketing services ranging from; digital media, inbound marketing, consumer insights, messaging, creative, account management, and analytics.
Experience with collecting, reviewing, and reporting on marketing KPIs and media campaigns.#J-18808-Ljbffr
