Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan Servicing Manager to join our team. As a Loan Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for the existing loan portfolio, new loans and maturing loans.What you'll be doing:
- Maintain company's loan schedule.
- Monitor and ensure covenant compliance includes financial reporting covenants
- Proactively manage covenants project covenant compliance to identify future issues
- Engage with lenders on loan issues as they arise covenant breach, upcoming issues (person should identify them) work closely with Asset Mgt
- Ensure escrows (if any) are adequate and in accordance with loan agreements
- New loans process loan documents, working cross functionally you will assist in all aspects of the loan process, preparation of financing decks and materials.
- Maturing loans
- Ensure payoff information is obtained timely, handle any loan related requests from title/escrow/dispositions team or assist in refinancing.
What you'll bring to the table:
- 5 + years of experience in loan origination or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- DST experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
