Fiesta Lincoln Internal Service Advisor

Job Summary:


Fiesta Lincoln in Mesa, Arizona is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Service Advisor to join our team.

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient repair, maintenance, and presentation of our used car inventory, trade ins and PDI.

This position is perfect for someone wanting the type of experience needed to be a successful Service Advisor.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $3,000 to $4,000 per month DOE

Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday full time


Responsibilities:


  • Manages used car inventory
  • Handles all pre delivery inspections
  • Maintain accurate inventory and repair records
  • Monitor and order necessary supplies and equipment for reconditioning process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Identify and address any vehicle issues or repairs needed
  • Perform quality control inspections on all reconditioned vehicles before they are ready for sale
  • Train and mentor new team members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the auto industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite
  • Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen (Not including THC)
