    Description

    The Sales team at Stripe collaborates with various businesses, regardless of their size and nature. The Sales Operations team focuses on enhancing the overall efficiency of the sales organization by closely partnering with the sales team and other teams within Stripe to drive key initiatives.

    We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team, someone who has a proven track record of navigating through uncertainties, extracting valuable insights from data, thriving in a rapidly evolving environment, and tackling challenges with minimal supervision.

    In this role that involves analysis and support for the AMER Sales teams, you will play a crucial part in different Sales Ops functions (e.g., market analysis, performance tracking, forecasting, quota management, annual planning, and various ad-hoc sales projects) by leading analytical projects in collaboration with our AMER sales leaders, the AMER Sales Ops team, and other relevant stakeholders (such as marketing, finance, and data science).

    You will:

    • Contribute to enhancing and refining our regular reporting processes for AMER Sales and Sales Operations, which includes weekly forecasting and QBRs
    • Create materials and metrics to present Sales' performance across different levels of the organization (region, segment, team)
    • Assist in defining, assessing, and implementing new metrics to gain valuable insights into the regions' performance
    • Participate in AMER's planning procedures (targets, HC, and budget) by collaborating with Finance, AMER Sales Leadership, and AMER Sales Ops team members
    • Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the sales team
    • Develop a profound understanding of the foundational data structure supporting Sales and how to utilize it for reporting on Sales performance

    We're looking for someone who has:

    • Between 2-4 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities: demonstrated skills in structuring complex problems, devising solutions, handling large datasets, and conducting necessary analyses
    • Capable of working effectively under time constraints, showcasing prioritization skills along with prompt and transparent communication
    • Experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning
    • Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or similar analytical tools) is a bonus
    • Excellent presentation skills and expertise in creating engaging slide presentations
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management

    Nice to haves:

    • Prior experience at a growing Internet/software firm.
    • Previous involvement in the payments sector.
