    About the Position:


    The Sales Operations Analyst role at Skai Company is crucial for driving revenue growth. Working closely with sales leadership, you will identify, implement, and measure the success of sales initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you will utilize your analytical skills to uncover trends, offer actionable insights, and facilitate informed decision-making throughout the organization.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic support throughout the deal lifecycle in Skai's CRM, sales, and commission systems to enhance efficiency and maintain data accuracy.
    • Lead the development of process improvements to streamline sales and revenue operations in alignment with strategic goals.
    • Take charge of data hygiene and precision within the CRM, collaborating with Sales managers to ensure standards are met and drive ongoing enhancements.
    • Create and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards for Sales and Sales management, offering valuable insights to enhance performance.
    • Act as a liaison with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Information Systems), using your in-depth Sales model knowledge to improve data quality and reporting structures.
    • Offer agile cross-functional support and aid Sales management in various projects as required.
    • Deliver customized training and assistance to Sales teams on Salesforce processes and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated experience in a strategic Sales Operations Analyst role, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic actions.
    • Capability to work independently with a high level of precision and responsibility in a dynamic environment.
    • Profound understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations procedures and systems (sales cycle, CRM applications, reporting, sales quotas).
    • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, along with outstanding communication skills.
    • Customer-centric approach with a track record of building relationships across various communication channels.
    • Preferably, hands-on experience with Salesforce, supported by advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace for value-added reporting and business insights.

    The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 plus bonuses.

    The final salary will be determined based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
