In this high -volume recruitment opportunity, your ability to inspire candidates and showcase the rewards of a career in sales will position us as the employer of choice.

    Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and Screening: Identify and attract talented candidates through various channels, assessing their qualifications and fit for our commision-based sales roles.
    • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Talent Selection: Ensure we bring onboard the best-fit candidates who align with our company values and objectives.
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
    • Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives to stay ahead in the industry.
    • Industry Expertise: Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success.
    • Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple assignments effectively.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently.
    • Deadline-Driven: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
