    Description

    Commercial Leasing Associate – National Real Estate Firm (Downtown) – Up to $100k + bonus

    A prestigious national real estate owner/developer, headquartered in NYC's financial district, is looking to add a Commercial Leasing Associate to their growing team. With a focus on opportunistic, value-add acquisitions, the firm has accumulated a successful and expanding multi-billion-dollar portfolio over 30 years.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing leasing activities and timelines, coordinating marketing efforts, and facilitating transactions, working closely with corporate management and brokers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze lease agreements and financial data to support decision-making for a prestigious national real estate owner/developer in NYC's financial district.
    • Utilize strong Excel skills to model and evaluate lease terms, rental rates, and financial performance across the firm's multi-billion-dollar portfolio.
    • Collaborate with corporate management and brokers to negotiate lease terms and maximize revenue potential.
    • Manage leasing timelines and workflows to ensure efficient execution of leasing transactions.
    • Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify opportunities for value optimization and portfolio enhancement.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate leasing performance and portfolio metrics to internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate lease inventory and financial records, including lease abstracts and financial projections.
    • Continuously evaluate and refine leasing strategies to drive financial success and support the firm's growth objectives.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years leasing experience in commercial real estate transactions.
    • Proficiency in MRI is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial lease terms, regulations, and legal compliance.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Understanding lease administration processes, lease terminology, and lease clauses.
    • Strong organizational abilities and computer skills.

    Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus comprehensive benefits and bonus.
